Lacey Township man missing since Wednesday

Authorities are searching for a 23-year-old Lacey man who went missing after being dropped off at the Ocean County Library in downtown Toms River.

Stewart Vaughan's family says he suffers from a drug addiction and has depression. According to the Lacey Township Police Department, Vaughan's grandfather reported him missing.

He may be in Newark as his phone was pinged there late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning.

He has brown hair and a beard. He also has tattoos all over his arms and one on his chest that says "PINEY." He was last seen wearing black Adidas pants and black sneakers.
