Join us for the Sunrise in Seaside Park

Shawn and I are live in Seaside Park every Friday morning 5 am -10 am.  We would love to see you as we watch the sunrise!

There is so much going on at the beach every Friday.  FREE Beach Yoga from 7 am - 8 am thanks to Crunch Fitness.  We have prizes and giveaways and of course the beautiful sunrise at the most beautiful place on earth - the beach!
