Individual sought for info in Toms River crime probe
An attempted-murder investigation leads Ocean County and Toms River investigators to an individual who possibly has valuable information connected to the case. Now, they need to identify him.

The man in the surveillance image is believed to have been near Massachusetts Avenue and West Hickory Street on January 11, at about 11:20 PM. Detectives ask anyone who recognizes him to contact them.
