HUGE Waterspout On Barnegat Bay Toms River Seaside Heights

Imagine you are taking a nice boat ride and you see this monster coming toward you? Eyewitnesses caught a HUGE waterspout on Barnegat Bay on Saturday between Toms River and Seaside Heights. If you've ever seen one of these in person, it sort of puts you in a trance. You can't believe it's magnitude, beauty, power. You bet people whipped out their cell phones and caught this guy on camera. Here's some awesome footage from different perspectives.

The Seaside Park Volunteer Fire Co. tweeted a photo of the spout moving across the bay and others in the nearby area did the same. I've seen one of these guys before and it is intimidating to say the least. Waterspouts are the cousin to tornadoes, they vary in size and power. This enormous rotating funnel of water formed when air circulated into a whirlwind over the water (better than forming over land that's for sure!)
