That's the term that prosecutors plan to seek for Joseph Gonsalves for his guilty plea to vehicular manslaughter in Freehold, according to the Associated Press.

All three had been drinking. Prosecutors contended that Gonsalves was impaired by alcohol and speeding at the time of impact on Alexander Avenue in April.

Ronald Tremblay, 21, of Howell, wore no seat restraint in the rear section of the car and suffered injuries that proved fatal. Gonsalves and another passenger were belted and avoided injury.
