Holiday Gift Ideas That Help Jersey Shore Kids

I love finding a unique gift item that also has a "do-good" angle.  Today's blog introduces you to some items you can buy while helping Ocean County students at the same time.

The tee shirts and sweatshirts you see here show a cool headphone design.  The image was created by student artists at Ocean Academy, part of Ocean Mental Health Services.   Xstigma is the student-driven company that crushes the stigma attached to mental health issues.    The artistic works shown in the photos are examples of how the kids channeled their creativity to spread a message of acceptance.

10% of the sales of the Xstigma products go to student artists.  The remainder goes back into arts and therapeutic programs that they do right here in Ocean County.
