Enjoy Free Soup Sunday in Lanoka Harbor

It's not Souper Bowl Sunday, it's Souper Quart Sunday at Murray Grove. The folks at the Murray Grove Retreat and Renewal Center in Lanoka Harbor will be providing FREE soup for area residents this Sunday, May 3rd from 1 to 4 p.m.

The soup will be served in sealed 1-quart containers for you to take home. Simply drive up to Murray Grove Lodge at 431 Route 9 South in Lanoka Harbor and stay in your car. Your "souper soup" will be brought out to you.

The soup is freshly made organic-based, vegetable soup varieties lovingly made in an Ocean County Board of Health approved commercial kitchen under strict CDC guidelines.

It is free to those in need with preference given to first responders and front-line health care workers. While supplies last.
