If you didn't hit the October 28 deadline to mail in an Election Day ballot, and don't plan to be near your voting spot on Election Day, Ocean County Clerk Scott Colabella will have Vote By Mail ballots available this Saturday, November 1, at the County Board of Elections, 129 Hooper Avenue, Toms River.

Election staffers will be available from 9 AM until 2 PM. Bring valid identification, such as a current New Jersey Driver's License. You'll have to sign your name as it appears in the voter registry, too.

The absolute deadline to get a mail-in ballot in person is 3 PM Monday, November 3. After that point, if you still expect to vote by mail, you'll need permission from a state Superior Court judge. Voting takes place Tuesday, November 4.

Colabella's election office is in the County Courthouse, 118 Washington Street, Toms River, Room 107. Learn more at the Ocean County Clerk's web page.
