Almond Joy

Ingredients
7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups coconut flakes
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 cups melted chocolate
Almonds
1 tsp vanilla

- Roast almonds on a baking sheet for 10 minutes at 350
-In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before molding them
-Shape into balls, ovals, hearts. Consistency is very sticky, so keep it simple
- Place an almond on each and refrigerate again, best to do overnight or put in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour
- Melt chocolate in a crock-pot, carefully dip/ pour chocolate over the coconut mixture (you may need to reshape)
- Refrigerate until hardened
