Cops in Egg Harbor City say a 60-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint Saturday morning.

According to the Egg Harbor City Police Department, the incident happened at around 11AM at the corner of London Avenue and Buerger Street.

They say the victim was approached by a young man who as asking for directions. While speaking to him, a second man with a gun approached the victim and ordered him to empty his pockets. The victim complied and then the two suspects ran east, on foot, on Buerger Avenue.

Cops describe both suspects as light-skinned Black or Hispanic men in their teens or early 20s, 5' 7" to 5' 11" tall. One was wearing a dark NY baseball hat, a black hooded sweatshirt with a red shirt underneath, and black pants. The other was wearing a navy blue shirt and tan Carhart-style pants. Both were wearing gaiter-style masks and one had short hair.

Police say the victim was not injured.

Authorities are asking anyone in the area to check any cameras that they may have.
