According to "soul wise living" a double rainbow symbolizes a transformation in life. The first rainbow represents the material world, the second the spiritual world. It's meant to align both our outer world with out inner spirit ...according to Chinese culture it is very special to see a double rainbow and a time to meditate and reflect.
