Creamed Chipped Beef?

Growing up in Pennsylvania, everywhere I went I was able to find this awesome breakfast!

Here in New Jersey, I've been living here for about 13 years now and it's so hard to find this breakfast.

The diners here in New Jersey are incredible, but where can I find my favorite breakfast of all time?

Do you know of any diners or breakfast places that serves my Creamed Chipped Beef?  Please Help!  I've been starving for this for a while now.
