Yes, you read that correctly, it's a thing now.
With names like "Kick Axe Throwing", "Urban Axes", and "Bad Axe Throwing", the growing pastime will soon be coming to Toms River, when "Whistle Punk Hatchet Den" opens in the Home Depot shopping center on Route 9.

They only have a few posts on their Facebook page as of right now, so no specifics on when the knives will start to fly, but as my colleague Andy Chase on 105.7 The Hawk noted, it will be BYOB.
Who needs laser tag and bowling when you can toss some kitchenware around, am I right?
