Six Flags will Host a Job Fair on Saturday, February 15th from 10 am to 4 pm . Six Flags Great Adventure, New Jersey’s largest seasonal employer and the largest employer in Ocean County, is hiring more than 4,000 employees including 200 interns for the 2014 season. February is Black History Month and Ocean County College’s Organization for Black Unity is celebrating!  The theme for this year is “Civil Rights in America” and will focus on chronicling the important milestones by African-Americans and others in the battle for civil rights and equal treatment under the law.  All events are open to the public and held on the OCC Main Campus, In Toms River. The 10th Annual Super “Plunge” Sunday is scheduled for Super Bowl Sunday, February 2, at 1 PM. Participants are invited to brave the icy, cold Atlantic Ocean, and will have plenty of time to be home for the big game. Super Plunge , is a fundraiser organized by St. Francis Community Center and the Swim Teams of Southern Regional High School, will take place at the 48th Street Beach in the Brant Beach section of Long Beach Township. Pre-registration is required. Registration will take place in the Senior Lounge at the Community Center on Saturday, Feb. 1 from 9 am to 1 pm, and on Sunday, Feb. 2 from 10 am to 12 pm.
