Stop typing, taking calls, making your final list for tomorrow, whatever you are doing for the next 5 minutes. I promise it will be time well spent. On this day before Thanksgiving,  take a few minutes and write down 10 things you are thankful for this year.  Even though you may have obstacles and struggles, we all do, this simple little exercise might show you how blessed you really are. And researchers tell us being thankful is actually good for our health. Yay...bonus!

I'll go first.

I'm thankful for....my wonderful family.  My beautiful, healthy daughter.  My amazing friends.  The man I love.  My Faith.  The blue sky and cotton candy clouds.  A rainy day, always.  Snow in the winter, the beach in the summer.  A roof over my head and when somone needs my help, miraculously there always seems to be a few extra dollars in my pocket.  I'm so very thankful for that.

And finally, I am thankful that my Dad made it to heaven and now watches over me. 

He's got a big  job ahead of him.
