Time is ticking according to the adoptive father of a Toms River teen who didn't come home from school Friday has issued a public ultimatum against whoever may be holding her.

Gov. Phil Murphy says he will sign legislation passed Monday by the senate and assembly allowing physicians to prescribe medications to people who are terminally ill that they can take to end their lives and commit suicide.

Despite overwhelming evidence showing vaccinations are safe and help protect children from serious diseases, some Jersey parents still have doubts.
