9/11 Memorial Ceremony at Ocean County College in Toms River [PHOTOS]

Monday marked 16 years since the attacks on America and Ocean County College marked the occasion with a moving tribute to those who lost there lives during the September `11th attacks. I had the privilege of being on hand for the event and wanted to share some visual images from the tribute at OCC in Toms River.
