Your Toms River memories can brighten 250-year celebration

Here comes the Semiquincentennial!

That's one of the more interesting terms for "250th Anniversary," which Toms River Township celebrates this coming June. Your archival images and knowledge of the community in years gone by can bring its history into vivid perspective during the celebration.

Township Clerk, Historian, Semiquincentennial Chairman and former Mayor J. Mark Mutter is now on the prowl for photos and details about significant events for a special-edition 250th Anniversary Calendar.
