Your Ocean County Thanksgiving Travel Tips
When I think about Thanksgiving, it feels like we still have plenty of time. But, when you look at a calendar, it's less than two weeks away. Here are some tips that we've compiled to make your holiday travel a little easier:
Keep An Eye On Traffic Before You Go

You can check Google Maps for our area before you leave for the latest info on accidents, construction, and congestion.
Avoid The Worst Travel Days

If you have the option, avoid traveling on either of those days.
If You Have To Travel On Wednesday
Plan your travel time accordingly. If you head out early or late, you'll avoid the worst of the traffic.
Check Your List, Then Double Check It
You've got your big Thanksgiving meal just about ready to go, then you realize that you forgot the cranberry sauce. There are few worse places to be on Thanksgiving Day itself than at a grocery store.
Check your list, make sure you have everything, then check again just to be safe!
Check Flight Status Before Going To The Airport
