There are a couple sure signs of a new year - gyms packed with resolution makers, cold & flu season, and naked Christmas trees waiting for pickup day on the curb. But this year, your Christmas tree could truly help restore the shore.

A number of drop off points have been designated in Ocean County where you can bring your tree (stripped of decorations and lights of course), the lumber will be used to help strengthen and rebuild sand dunes.
