The fight at the Cherry Hill Mall involved three women and occurred around 4:30 p.m. Saturday outside Nordstrom's. Authorities say it began as a verbal argument before it turned physical.

Biting victim Tonya Knight-Joseph tells 6 ABC she pulled into a spot near Bahama Breeze after circling the parking lot. "As soon as I got out of the car she started calling me all types of B-words," recalled Knight who says two other women accused her of taking their spot.

"All of a sudden, I must have been pushing the initial attacker away and she bit down on my finger and proceeded to chomp. By the time I looked at it, it was hanging off by a little piece of skin. I immediately picked up my cell, called 911 and followed her into the Nordstrom's," said Knight-Joseph.

The biting suspect is described as a heavy-set black female in her mid-thirties with "bushy" hair possibly driving an older model, dark colored  Audi sedan. She could face aggravated assault charges.

Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Cherry Hill Police at (856) 488-7828.
