Colby Rodgers, 31, was found lifeless in a car parked on Woodhaven Lane before daybreak on April 15, by police who responded to reports of shots fired.

"Law abiding members of the public do not want a murderer skulking through their neighborhoods," Burlington County Prosecutor Bernardi said in prepared comments.

"Somebody out there has information that can help us take this killer off the streets. Please work with us to make sure justice is served."

Information can be phoned to the Willingboro PD tip line, 609-877-6958, or to Burlington County Central Communications, 609-267-8300. Messages can also be forwarded through the Burlington County Prosecutor's Facebook page and the Willingboro Police Facebook page.
