Why Do Our Voices Change When We Talk to Our Dogs?

There is nothing better than a wagging tail.

Did you ever just listen to yourself when you are talking to your pets?  In my case it's my three doggies.  And it seems like when my voice goes up, their tails wag faster.

They bring so much happiness into the house.  My dogs are a gift..yes there are a lot of candle burners in my house and a lot of vacuuming and a lot of dog food, but it's totally worth it with the love they give all of us in return.

Does your voice change when you talk to your pets?  Why do we do this?
