I'm helping my daughter with a project from school and talking about "National Hero Month", I was thinking as a kid we always heard who's your hero?

As a parent I think we all want to hear we are our kids heros.  But as grown-up, when was the last time you were asked, "Who's your hero"?  Maybe it's somebody that's not with us anymore, maybe it's somebody you see everyday, maybe it's somebody you've never met?  My hero hands down is my Mom.  She's been through so much and with her faith and love for family she makes everyday possible and she does it with a smile.  She's handicapped, paralized on one side and in pain everyday.  She's a true inspiration in my life and I only hope I can be that inspiration to my daughter, too!

Who's your hero?  And maybe right here on this blog is your chance to say "thank you" to your hero and for changing your life for the better.
