Where’s The Best Lifeguard Competition At The Jersey Shore?

Today's the annual Red Bull Surf and Rescue Lifeguard Competition.  It will bring together lifeguards from all over the Jersey Shore as they show off their talents.

Last week was the Inaugural Long Beach Township Women's Invitational, a new competition that gave beachgoers one more fun thing to do on LBI this summer.

All along the Jersey Shore, residents and visitors get to see a number of lifeguard competitions that showcase how fast, strong, and skilled they are.  All the rowing, running, swimming, and paddleboarding they do while on the job makes them super athletes who are exciting to watch!
