What’s Your Breakfast Routine?
Health experts have said for quite a while that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But many of us are just in too much of a hurry in the morning to sit down and have a hearty breakfast.
Personally, I usually go for a simple bowl of cereal or occasionally a health shake. When the weather gets cold and I feel like I need to fill up to last till lunch time I might break out the instant oatmeal and add honey or brown sugar and raisins.
