It's going to be cold in Ocean County this weekend. Really cold. Unpleasantly cold. So cold that if you don't have to go out, you shouldn't. But some people still think that "too cold" is still better than "too hot".

Before I get into "which is worse", let's be honest. Neither are pleasant. Uncomfortable is uncomfortable, whether it's one extreme or the other.

But if I had to choose, there is one that I can handle better than the other.

Personally, I'll take the heat over the cold any day.

The way I see it, you can always go bare bones with your clothes - tank top and gym shorts, and keep air moving with a fan.

But I feel like there's no way that you can escape the cold. You can layer all you want, but true bone chilling cold still gets to you. It just feels like you can't get away from it.

And of course that's when it takes your car the longest to warm up. The worst time is that time that you first get in your car and have to wait for it to be warm enough to beat the chill.

So, for me, I'll take "too hot" over "too cold". What about you?

And, of course, stay with us here at WOBM.com for the latest on the impending deep freeze.
