What’s up with the static this winter?

The static is everywhere. I'm not sure if it's all around you, but for me it's everywhere.

When me and my daughter are in our house our hair is sticking straight up and here at work everything I touch I get shocked.  Is the static around you?

How do I stop the static..please help?  Maybe Static Cling??????
