What’s Going On in Beachwood?

We are all talking about what's going in the Pine Beach / Beachwood shopping center on Rt. 9...but I want to know what's going on right down the road.

The carpet store relocated and that whole area is being knocked down. I'm wondering what's happening there along Rt. 166.
