What would you do with a billion dollars ?

So as we wake up today, the news is spreading how no one has won the Powerball lottery ... again! The jackpot for the next drawing is now at 1.3 billion dollars and sure to grow more before the next drawing. This jackpot is now the largest in U.S. history and no lottery has never reached into the "billion" dollar range.

This is so much money .... asking the question "what would you do if you won" is a hard one .... how do you spend a billion dollars ? although I'm sure a lot of people would love to try!
