What Would You Build In Ocean County ?

If you build it ... they say "he" will come, so today we are asking "what would you build in Ocean County"  ?  If you had unlimited funding and resources, what would you build ... that we need, here at the Shore ?

This project can be anything. Serious needs, Fun new hot-spots, Stores and/or restaurants, roads or things for education ... You have the hammer and we wanna know what you would do...  Toms River, Brick, Manahawkin, Lacey, LBI, Seaside Heights .... wherever
