What Does the Toms River Area Need for Fun for Kids

I'm always looking for fun things for Abs and I to do.  Unless it's Summer and we can go to the beach or the boardwalk, I have trouble finding fun things to do here in Ocean County for kids.

I'm just trying to find something other than an arcade around here.  Yes Build-a-Bear, great dance and gymnastic places, and of course great parks outside.    What do you think--something for ages 8 and up inside?  Maybe I need to open up a business or something for fun in our town.

Where should we go?  What should be here for kids and isn't in Ocean County?
