We're Closer To Solving The Toms River Horn Mystery [Photo]

Yesterday, I presented you with a mystery - there is a vehicle in Toms River that has been piquing the curiosity of almost the whole staff here at the WOBM offices. Today, we got a little closer to the answer.

As we were enjoying a St. Patrick's Day lunch in the conference room, kicking around theories of who the jolly honker is, almost like it had been planned, we heard the familiar Dixie report.

WOBM late night host, Ray Taylor was the quickest one in the room and managed to catch the phantom horn blower as he or she just got down the street:

So we got the car, now I just want to know who it is.
