April is national Autism Awareness Month.  Today is National Autism Awareness Day and it's all about "Lighting It Up Blue" for such wonderful cause!

For parents that have autistic children, everyday is Autism awareness.  In the last year I met someone very special to me.  My boyfriend's son is Autistic.  He's taught my daughter and I so much!  There's a lot of love in our house!   He's 11 years old, loves his "Wonder Pets", his iPad and his dog janimals as you can see in these pictures.

The "blue" is for the kids and raising awareness but I'm wearing blue for the fantastic parents with patience, love and an everyday of learning something new from their child.

There are so many ways you can "Light It Up Blue"...donate, wear blue and turn that blue light on!  To get involved with Autism Speaks, CLICK HERE.
