Waretown Man Faces DWI Charges

A Waretown man faces DWI  charges after causing a three-car crash on Route 9 that sent two women to the hospital with minor injuries.  40-year-old Richard Bischoff Junior hit two vehicles Friday night outside the Oyster Creek plant, one head on.  He was also charged with reckless driving.
