Wall Township Teacher Charged with having Sex with a Student to Plead Not Guilty

A Wall Township High School English charged with having sex with a 15 year old male student plans on pleading not guilty. According to The Patch, Alton Kenney, the lawyer for 22 year old Kalee Warnick of Wall, told the Associated Press that is, "because she is, in fact, not guilty."

Warnick is charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact and one count of having a sexual relationship with a minor in her care.

The incident was reported to Wall police on July 14th and she was charged on July 30th.

Warnick is scheduled to appear in court on August 6th at 8 am.
