Two pedestrians are shot at and one wounded while walking in a drive-by-shooting Saturday night around 10 pm in Neptune Township.

The two men were walking north on Myrtle Avenue near Stratford Avenue when occupants of a Black Colored SUV began firing at them before fleeing the scene, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office.

One of the two men shot at was hit and suffered a gunshot wound to the right side of his chest and was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center for treatment of a non-life threatening injury.

No arrests have been made in relation to the shooting but the investigation is ongoing in collaboration with the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office, Neptune Township Police and Asbury Park Police Departments.
