The Superintendent of the Berkeley Township School District says he is stepping down sometime before April, prior to the school elections.
Joseph Vicari, cites dissatisfaction with the school district and certain policies as the reason he will be calling it quits. Vicari says the educational system is being poisoned by partisan policies.
