In an effort to increase rail safety, U.S. Senator Bob Menendez spoke today on actions needed to take place.

Menendez lists efforts to put these safety measures into place by first preventing an engineer whose had their driver's license suspended from DWI's, to be allowed to operate a train.

Menendez was joined by U.S. Senator Cory Booker and State Assemblyman Nicholas Chiaravalloti in Secaucus at the Frank R. Lautenberg Station.
