Two Hurricane Relief Benefits This Week in Ocean County

Help out if you can this week.  Our neighbors in Florida and Texas are still hurting from the Irma and Harvey.  There is so much to be done to repair these communities, it will take years.  You can help just a little bit.

Ocean County loves helping out, this is why I love what we do and the awesome hearts around the Shore.

Tuesday September 26th and Wednesday 27th, 2017:

The River Rock Restaurant and Marina and Cornerstone Calvary Chapel host Hurricane Relief Benefit from the Jersey Shore at the River Rock on Route 70 in Brick from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. each night. Enjoy a buffet dinner and gift auction on Tuesday and on Wednesday a fill the trailer party. All money raised and items donated will benefit a shelter in Friendship, Texas and in South Florida. Hurricane Irma Fundraiser
Bum Rogers Crab House in South Seaside Park holds a party/fundraiser for Hurricane Irma victims Key West with live music, food, drink specials, and a silent auction. Back in 2012, in the days following Sandy, the community of Key West came together and raised $22,000 in one night to donate to the Toms River Police Department for Sandy relief efforts.  It's our time to help them!
