Police say 41-year-old Keith Cicerello and 19-year-old Nicholas Cicerello of Leguene Street in Forked River were arrested Tuesday on Burglary, Burglary Tool possession, Criminal Mischief and Theft charges.

Police say they were notified by a witness who observed a small dark blue Dodge pick-up truck in the driveway of a vacant home on Cherry Quay Road and observed two white males leaving the residence in the truck. The Officers checked the residence and discovered that the rear sliding glass door was shattered and the copper pipes were removed from inside the house and the sheet rock was removed from the walls.

During a search of the area, police spotted a vehicle matching the description parked on Bark Drive. They say they also found copper piping in the bed of their pick-up truck that matched items missing from a residence on Cherry Quay Road.

Bail was set by Judge Lepore for both suspects at $50,000.00 no 10% option.
