Peanut Butter Bar

Bottom Layer
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 softened butter
1/4 cup coconut
1 egg
*can add nuts or any add on you'd like

-In a bowl, combine graham cracker and coconut
-In a sauce pan, combine sugar, butter, egg, and cocoa powder. Before putting on low heat, mix ingredients together
-Put over low heat, and stir continuously for 5 minutes
-Pour over the graham cracker mix and stir
-Using a baking dish covered in wax paper, press mixture into dish refrigerate for at least 10-15 minutes

Middle Layer
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups confectionary sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs softened butter
1/4 cup milk

-In a standard mixer, combine all of the ingredients
-Once first layer has been in fridge for 10-15 minutes, pour peanut butter mixture on top
-Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes

Top Layer
2 cups chocolate chips
4 tbs butter

-Melt chips and butter
-Pour onto the middle layer, dash with sea salt, and let harden

Cut the bars up and enjoy!
