Rayna Culver, 43, of Burlington Township, is charged with second-degree counts of sexual assault and child endangerment, according to the office of Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.

Culver was apprehended at home after a search of the dwelling, and conditionally released to await court proceedings, authorities said. A judge ordered her to have no contact with the alleged victim, or with anyone below age 18.

Investigators alleged that Burlington Township was one of the locations in which trysts took place. They did not elaborate on any other locations, and they did not disclose whether the alleged victim is a student in the Trenton system or a Burlington County resident.

Assistant County Prosecutor Stephen Eife is preparing the case for grand jury consideration. Officials did not indicate whether Culver has retained legal representation.

The Prosecutor's Sexual Assault/Child Abuse and High Tech Crimes Units, County Detective Brian Lloyd and Burlington Township Detective Anthony Fontana were involved in the probe.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
