TR Drug Activity Leads to Arrest at Hopes Crossing Complex

A Toms River man is in the Ocean County Jail on $10,000 bail this week following a

warrant raid of his apartment at the Hopes Crossing Complex. Township Police said the arrest of Dawan Jeter on Wednesday, November 5th, was the culmination of a month long investigation by the Special Enforcement Team into drug activity in the area.

Police said they found 590 wax folds (doses) of heroin and $500 cash in his apartment unit.

Jeter is charged with possession of heroin and possession with the intent to distribute heroin.
