Located at 1882 Dino Blvd, the home is currently selling for $1,590,000 and is listed by the Ocean Six Group with Remax based in Wall. The home has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and 7,500 square feet of space.

How much would taxes set you back each year on this gorgeous home? Zillow.com estimates that taxes ran just $15,699 last year. That is, of course, as much as a very decent downpayment for a modest home in Ocean County.

The home last sold for $890,000 in 2014, according to Zillow's property records. It was listed for sale on September 22, 2014.
