Toms River School District Still Waiting For Ritacco Restitution Money

While disgraced former Toms River school boss Mike Ritacco remains in prison, the school district is still waiting for that restitution money. 

The Patch of Toms River reports that so far, the district hasn't received a dime.  The district is due a $1 million fine plus restitution.

Ritacco's Seaside Park home is now under contract and any money collected from the sale should go towards the payback. "Our lien for restitution is recorded and all equity from the sale of the home will go towards payment of restitution," Matthew Reilly, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office, told the Patch.
