Toms River Red Lobster Gives Back to The Community
The Toms River Red Lobster has just announced a generous donation to the FoodBank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties. They stopped by today to tell us about it.
General Manager Dan Friendly and shift manager Nick Larrison stopped by the WOBM offices with some of Red Lobster’s famous biscuits and lobster, and talked about the donation. Mr. Friendly said,
Every year, each Red Lobster chooses a charity to donate to. This year we chose the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties to receive $1,000.
He told us that it wasn’t only the Hooper Ave location that donated to the FoodBank, but a number of the other local restaurants owned by parent company, Darden gave as well.
So a big thanks to Dan and Nick from the Toms River Red Lobster for lunch, but an even bigger thanks for keeping it in the community and giving back to those in need right here at home!
