Toms River Police are hoping you can help them find a man wanted for threatening an individual with a silver handgun near Route 9 and Indian Head Road January 19.

Police say 28-year old James Adams and a mutual acquaintance were quarreling in the area Friday around 11:20 pm when the incident occurred.

Adams then allegedly punctured the other driver's tires with an unknown object and took off.

Complaints have been signed against Adams by Toms River Police for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, Terroristic Threats and Criminal Mischief.

Adams is described standing 5’9” and weighing 175 pounds.
