Police Department Spokesman Ralph Stocco said a woman seen with Tomasi in the surveillance image also has been identified and that she could face charges, pending the investigation, which remains ongoing.

Tomasi surrended at police headquarters on January 20, 2016, Stocco said.

Tomasi is charged with 2nd degree robbery and aggravated assault in connection with the January 14, 2016 incident.

He is being held in the Ocean County Jail on $60,000, according to Stocco.
