A Toms River man and woman await municipal court dates in Monmouth's Ocean Township, accused of toting 45 bags of heroin and other drug-related items in their car.

Lisa Rowley, 29, and Dylan Collier, 30, were apprehended on the night of April 12 at the Middlebrook Apartments, according to township police.

Authorities said the discovery stemmed from a traffic stop initiated by Detectives Michael Legg and Raheem Carter and Detective Sergeant Gregory Tongring.

According to police, the investigators found heroin and less than 50 grams of marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia and syringes.

Both face multiple possession counts. Collier is also charged with being under the influence. They were released on complaints, pending court appearances.
